David William Auston, PA
David is recognized by Who's Who In Luxury Real Estate. Luxury Real Estate is an international member network of the finest luxury real estate brokers in the world. Its network, with more than 5,000 offices and 80,000 agents, handles complex transactions with complete discretion in over 80 countries, collectively selling in excess of 80 billion of real estate annually.
David is originally from Toronto, Canada and grew up in Battle Creek, Mi.
He graduated from the University of Michigan in 2002 with a degree in
Economics and Accounting. |
During his time at the University of Michigan, he had the opportunity to attend Semester at Sea, where he was able to visit 9 countries around the world (Japan, China, Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Kenya, South Africa, Brazil, and Cuba). During his voyage he was able to visit some of the most magnificent wonders of the world, including The Great Wall of China, The Taj Mahal, Masaii Mara of Kenya, and Table Mountain in S. Africa. His time in these foreign countries benefited him by seeing how privileged we are in the United States.
After graduating from the University of Michigan, he was recruited to Denver, Colorado by one of the largest and top privately owned auto dealers in the country. During his 3 year employment with Ed Bozarth, he was named salesman of the month 3 times, salesman of the year in his first year, top financial manager across all dealerships, and finally one of the youngest sales managers to be promoted at the age of 25 in early 2004. After purchasing an investment property sight unseen and visiting for only 3 days, David packed his bags for beautiful Naples, Florida!

Madeline Denison

Madeline began working in the Real Estate Industry in 1998 as a Residential Real Estate Specialist.
Madeline grew up in Queens, NY and later moved to the suburbs of New Jersey. After graduating from the Chubb Institute, she worked as a Computer Programmer and later a Project Manager in the Information Services Department of a well known Fortune 500 company. She attended Fairleigh Dickinson University majoring in Economics and Business Management. |
In 1992, she chose to change her scenery to the warm climate of Naples, FL escaping the hustle and bustle of her fast paced technical career. For several more years, she continued to work for local technology companies. Then in 1998, Madeline ventured into the world of helping people find their dream homes in Southwest Florida as a Licensed Realtorâ.
When the opportunity arose to help David William Auston, she welcomed the chance to utilize her experience and background to work with an established and reputable professional in the Naples Luxury Real Estate Market.
